The Siesta Key Drum Circle has been a tradition for over 20 years, just a wee walk up the sand from Gulf Haven.
Family-friendly and judgment-free, the joyous free-for-all begins just about an hour before sunset every Sunday night on Siesta Key’s public beach. When the wind is calm, you’ll hear it from Gulf Haven’s shores.

Even the Coronavirus pandemic hasn’t stopped the fun. As more Siesta Key locals & visitors have become more comfortable with gathering outdoors, and are finding their own ways to feel safely distanced, the drummers and circle participants have kept up the tradition. You can bring a beach blanket, a chair, or a hula hoop…or you can just wander by, but you should at least check it out.
