Rates

  • Rates are subject to 13% state/local tax
  • One-time cleaning fee
    • Fees from $110-$170 based on villa size
  • Rates quoted are based on 2 adults in a 1-Bedroom villa; or 4 adults in a 2-Bedroom villa, regardless of # beds available in the unit. Additional guests may be permitted but must be identified at time of booking. $25/night/add’l person may be charged at management’s discretion. 
  • All rates subject to change.

Reservations & Payment Schedule

  • $500 refundable Security Deposit is due within 14 days of receipt of rental contract
  • First rental payment (50%) due 90 days prior to arrival and remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. If payments are not received as agreed, by these dates, your reservation may be cancelled
  • No refund for early departure
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to rent a villa
  • NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED

Cancellations

  • Minimum 60 days’ notice: All payments refunded in full
  • 30 to 60 days’ notice: If we are able to re-rent the villa for a comparable period/rate, all payments will be refunded
  • Under 30 days’ notice: No refunds will be given
  • Security Deposit ($500) will be refunded in full for all cancellations

Guest Policies

  • NO SMOKING is allowed in Gulf Haven villas or in our shared community areas (pool, courtyard, beach)
  • NO PETS ARE ALLOWED for Gulf Haven guests
  • Motor homes, campers, trailers and RVs are not allowed on the property for more than 24 hours
  • NO water recreation vehicles or their trailers are allowed on the property or for more than 24 hours
  • NO water recreation vehicle may be launched into the water from Gulf Haven property

Guest Arrival & Departure

  • Guest Arrival: After 3:00 PM
  • Guest Departure: Before 10:00 AM
  • Please make advance arrangements with Gulf Haven management for arrivals or departures occurring after normal business hours, on weekends or holidays.
